CAD Engineering Design, Inc. was established to help developers and land owners that had difficulty finding excellent, timely, and cost effective
engineering resources for single family & multi-family residential housing. We also design for commercial, retail and industrial sites.
CAD Engineering Design, Inc. was founded by Jim Dombrowski and Andrew Wright, P.E. Mr. Dombrowski is an Engineering Intern and has over
fourteen years of engineering and management experience in the civil industry. Mr. Dombrowski's civil design experience includes land
development code research, preparation of site plans, preparation of water, reclaim water and sewer plans, details, and calculations,
preparation of paving and drainage plans, details and calculations, civil permitting, and construction administration services.
Mr. Dombrowski's Construction experiences range from a large variety of projects. Before returning to school for his engineering
degree, Mr. Dombrowski was in the construction industry. Some of projects, which he helped to construct, are Walt Disney-MGM Studio
Infrastructure. This project included the installation of many stormwater, sanitary and potable water pipes installed before the
hardscape being placed. Pleasure Island infrastructure and hardscape construction; this project required many long hours of working
with different trades to accomplish the completion of the project on time. His vast knowledge of the fieldwork has help with design
of many projects. Mr. Dombrowski's vast knowledge of construction was also utilized on many subdivisions throughout the Central Florida region.
Mr. Wright is a licensed Professional Engineer with 14 years experience as a Civil Engineer. His capabilities involve the project
management and construction administration for Civil Engineering Land Development projects including commercial projects, industrial projects,
residential projects, municipal projects and transportation projects.
His design capabilities include surface water management, stormwater drainage, paving and grading design, erosion control, transportation
and roadway design, utility design including water distribution and wastewater collection, and AutoCad Civil 3D Design and Microstation.
He has experience permitting projects of all types, including commercial, residential, municipal, environmental and highway, with multiple
municipalities, State Agencies and the Federal Government
